New Walk Chambers has, for over fifty years, provided legal services to clients throughout the United Kingdom and internationally. As global trade and commerce continue to expand, the demand for specialist legal expertise has grown significantly. Members of Chambers are regularly instructed in matters requiring their specialist knowledge, including work connected with international jurisdictions. We can accept instructions in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) with instructions from a local firm. We can accept instructions in the ADGM (Abu Dhabi) and Astana International Financial Centre. Our barristers have acted for a diverse range of clients worldwide, including, high-net-worth individuals, Middle Eastern Royal family members, multinational corporations, and cases relating to sectors such as energy and oil exploration. The work has ranged across the Caribbean, the South China Sea and through to Australia. The cases have encompassed relatively modest contested sums through to those in excess of a billion dollars.

For nearly forty years, Chambers maintained academic links with the University of Münster in Germany and Grenoble University in France, offering legal internship opportunities to their students and fostering international legal collaboration.

A former member of Chambers went on to serve as Registrar of the Supreme Court and Deputy Coroner of the Turks and Caicos Islands, reflecting the calibre and international reach of our practitioners.
