Chairman of the British Parachute Association's Disciplinary Appeals Tribunal.
Before being called to the Bar Chris served in the British Army as a member of the Parachute Regiment. His military experience is remarkably comprehensive and includes postings with 16 Air Assault Brigade's Pathfinder Platoon and as Team Leader of the famous Red Devils Parachute Display Team
Chris was Chairman of the British Parachute Association for 7 years. This voluntary, annually elected position, brought a wealth of experience in mediation between opposing political factions and sports law topics including athlete contracts, anti doping procedures, personal injury, disability discrimination, defamation, instructor negligence, disciplinary hearings and appeals thereof. Chris is presently the Chairman of the Association's Disciplinary Appeals Tribunal and author of their Tribunal Procedure Rules.
