Mr Dignan appears before the County Court, on behalf of both claimants and defendants, dealing with a wide variety of contested areas, from personal injury claims, contract, credit hire and low velocity impact claims, bankruptcy and insolvency, landlord and tenant, housing disrepair etc.

Assaults and public order, road traffic offences, burglary, regulatory offences, RSPCA animal cruelty etc, sexual offences.
Mr Dignan has lectured for 25years in law and in the particular areas of Criminal Law, Public Law, English Legal System. He has lectured in the following Universities:
